Items in the hand slot of a ModelEngine model do not have the correct rotation:

[Legacy attachment omitted] (this should be a sword)

The item bone is working as intended. If you spawn an item display with the proper item and held position, it will show the same result. You should rotate the item bone in the model yourself.

Please open a separate issue regarding the error.
