Particles in mobs [Paper 1.20.4]

If I use ModelEngine 4.0.8, the mobs show particles in Paper 1.20.4, but when use Model Engine 4.0.7, the mobs doesn´t show nothing... I think this is a bug, because I don´t have nothing in the mob that show particles (is annoying)

If you are sure that there is no configuration on your side that requires mobs to display particles, and the problem only appeared after updating the ModelEngine version, then it is highly likely that this is a bug on the plugin side. The neon lights in space waves kept me glued to them.
