Prevent smithing doesn't work

I have base item (this is simplified version of item, but settings are same):

MeTestItem:
  Id: CARROT_ON_A_STICK
  Display: '<#ffffff>Test Enchant'
  MaxDurability: 56
  Options:
    PreventSmithing: true
    PreventAnvil: true
    PreventCrafting: true
    PreventEnchanting: true

We prevent enchanting and repearing by Options but items still enchanting and can be repeared at anvil. Check video:
