This targeter could be use in combination with the triggers: onFishBite; onFishCatch; onFishGrab; onFishGround; onFishingReel, and therefore it would detect the fishing bobber's location when one of those triggers is used. Rewards thrown to the player, or mob spawns/encounters, from these triggers would use such a targeter as their origin.
