suggestion In vanilla minecraft some items have a cooldown (enderpearls, chorus fruit) where while the item is on cooldown there is a decaying gray overlay. this effect can be triggered for any item with the set cooldown packet (https://wiki.vg/Protocol#Set_Cooldown) I think it would be really nice if this would be one of the effect available for crucible items.
