1.20.1 Custom block bug

There is a problem or bug in customblock, Its all working fine when i was at 1.19.4, After i update to 1.20.1 this was happen. If i placed a block above custom block, the custom blocks turn into noteblock as vanilla noteblock. https://media.giphy.com/media/UcFuiqTAyDj2lF2rnB/giphy.gif

To add on to this:

Seems to be caused by block updates above the custom blocks, it happens if you place a furniture on top of a custom block too, but placing regular default Minecraft blocks on top don't cause this issue.

Update: /config/paper-global.yml has a setting to disable note block updates, set it to true to fix the issue
