Paper 1.19.4 Latest mm and mmc No other plugin
The ~onDamaged Trigger does not get triggered by several types of damage, specifically minecraft:out_of_world, minecraft:explosion, minecraft:player_explosion, and minecraft:lava. This issue does not exist in MythicMobs.
Whether using commands or directly jumping into lava and the like, it will not trigger.
