[Suggestion] Allow conditions in custom crafting system #4624

Add support for the conditions system in custom crafting. This would add a lot of value to custom crafting and bring it close to par with plugins dedicated to custom crafting, if not past them.

Example:

  Recipes:
    SHAPED:
      Type: SHAPED
      Amount: 1
      Conditions:
      - day true
      TriggerConditions:
      - haspermission{p=test.permission} true
      Ingredients:
      - AIR | BugCrystal | AIR
      - AIR | BugCrystal | AIR
