onEquip/Unequip triggers don't work correctly in a specific condition

In this short video there are all details.

When i try to equip an armor piece from my hand right clicking to equip and i've already have another armor piece equipped, onEquip/onUnequip triggers don't work

Closing due to age and inactivity. Re-open with a complete, modern-version server log, the configured item being used to test, and steps to reproduce if the issue is still present.
