Potion Colors not working anymore.

Example Config:

PotionPot:
  Id: potion
  Display: "<#10ead9>1 Hour of fly"
  Options:
    Color: 16,234,217
    HideFlags: true

The potion above works as it should, however the color no longer registers and it is a default water bottle style potion. This has happened since updating to newer builds.
