Room Tags for connector allowed rooms (Procedural)

The ability to define add a room to a group tag that then can be selected as an option for connectors allowed rooms.

Use case:

Create room1, room2, room3, then create end1, end2, and end3. Make it so all ends can connect to rooms by adding an "end" tag to each end room. Then when we add room4 or end4 we do not need to add end4 to all room connectors.
