can't use /md leave after death

I am using v1.0.2 not the dev version. in the dungeon map, as long as I died once, I can't use /md leave anymore. When I use that command, got a message said I am not in a dungeon.

Fixed in the latest dev build! Appears to be related to dead player spectator behaviour, which I just performed a few different fixes on.
