If a player is in a party and exits/completes a dungeon and enters another dungeon, certain triggers will fail to work for that player - in this case, the right click trigger to perform a command failed to work correctly (just did not work at all, error in console). However, if a player disbands and creates a new party before entering the second dungeon, this issue does not occur.

The error failing to save raid data seems to be related to worlds failing to fully delete, related to my other bug report #47 The error spam below is from my other bug report, #57.
