[Suggestion] Add a command to delete a dungeon

Greetings, I have noticed that there is no command to delete a dungeon. The only current way to delete a dungeon is to manually delete the files for it and then reboot the server. I would like to suggest adding a "/md delete" or "/md remove" to delete dungeons. (Preferably with a confirmation as well to reduce accidental deletions.) Thank you for your consideration.
