Install MythicMobs or update to the latest dev builds. The latest free/premium releases have a bug that makes the plugin require MythicMobs to run.

As Complex described, the latest versions fix this issue, but for now, installing Mythic Mobs is a good temporary solution until the fix makes it into the free version. :)
