lang file provided chat format, but party chat toggle messages are not. can you add it?

Hey there. Party chat toggle messages should now be available in lang.yml as of the latest dev build.

I've also fixed the /p command not working. Please note that there is no /p messages command, and that /p is just a shorthand way of sending a message to party chat without toggling it. (So you can send a message like /p Hello everyone in the party!)
