Hello,
I was wondering whether command blocks within a MythicDungeons Instance is acceptable since the server is often glitching out when players join dungeons and it's having massive memory buildups.

Hey there. What version of Mythic Dungeons are you using? The latest dev builds have some huge fixes and improvements to fight against memory leaks.
As for Command Blocks, they should be fine to be used in dungeons, just be wary that some commands aren't world-specific and may affect the main world instead of the world the command block is in.
This lacks information and is pretty generic so I will be closing it, if you are still after 11 months experiencing memory leaks please open a new issue with clear steps on how to reproduce.
