Title, in some maps I need player swim through a 1-block-high hole, but spectating players can only fly. So they can't go through it.

Hey there. Spectating in Mythic Dungeons should allow the player to no-clip... if it's not doing that, there may be another plugin interfering with spectator mode. I've encountered this before in the distant past and it's almost certainly caused by another plugin.
Having said that, I'll take a brief look at the code to see if there's any reasonable cause.
