[Feature Request] More translatable contents

Hey there. The function tool had translatability added to it some time ago... it should be available in 1.4.0 at the top of the long file.

For other things, you'll have to be more specific about what needs to be translated. It should be noted that function menus being translatable is something we have planned a little further out, because we need to make it in such a way that it's easily expandable for people adding custom dungeon elements.
