after update. partychat was not worked. toogle massges was printed, but still global chat.

Hey there! Looks like there was a new setting stealth-added that got missed. Add this line to your plugin config under "PartyPlugin". Check that first and let me know if it fixes your problem.
# Enable or disable the built-in party-chat system
PartyChat: true
Just make sure you grab the latest dev build before testing as I made a correction to this config value.
