1.20.4 purpur I tested latest 1.4.0 and 1.4.1 Snapshot(215 delay function cannot be triggered again

only the first time i click the block work. the secend time, third time i click it ,nothing happened.

Hey there! Looks like there were a few strange issues with the delayed function. They should be fixed in the latest dev build. Thanks for the report!
