sometimes loot table rewards not given.

For the first video, do you have it set to give loot after completion or no?

For the second video, that's just a Minecraft server limitation. If you click in the slot the sword was in it should show up unless your server has high latency. We can disable it on our side but people can still possibly break it client-side if server performance hiccups or allows it.
