[Bug] Function Hologram still visible after delete and visible in play mode

I'm having an issue where some function 'holograms' wont disappear after I delete them. The holograms appear darker than normal as well. When I place new functions now I don't have this issue, I just can't get rid of the others. I'm using the latest Dev build 1.4.1, I updated after the problem started on 1.4.0., thought it may have been fixed. Tried using the kill armor stand command as well, no luck.
