Closing due to inactivity and major version changes. If this is still a relevant issue, please re-post with a modern-version server log and current steps to reproduce.

Also I wanted to add that the player does not get kicked if he joins the dungeon through a command like /tp after the dungeon has started. So make sure thats not the case or open another issue if you would like this behavior changed.
