When using the Mob death trigger coupled with the "In same room" trigger condition in procedural dungeons, the trigger wont trigger if the mobs death cause is by suicide. (Not removing, removing never works)
I failed to reproduce this so I will be closing this issue. If possible please send your mob file and mythic dungeon configs and I will try again with your setup.
Since this request is over 6 months old and you have failed to respond I will be closing this issue. If you are still occuring this in newer versions please open another issue and provide the information requested
