i uploaded issues on mythicmobs gitlab,
but dev of mythicmobs says it's mythicdungeons problems. because mythicdungeons generates instance world.
Mythic Dungeons does not handle mob despawns while a dungeon is running... is this still an ongoing issue? I don't think Mythic Dungeons is causing any of this and I see in the issue that the Mythic Mobs dev never responded to you.

this problems happend after update mythicmobs over 5.5.1 i reported this issues on mythicmobs, but no answers about this. can you contact dev of mythicmobs dev? i can't update mythicmobs due to this problems.
Closing due to inactivity, major version changes and I also couldn't reproduce this myself. If this is still a relevant issue, please re-post with a modern-version server log and current steps to reproduce.
