While editing the dungeon, if I place ItemsAdder items, players can destroy all ItemsAdder items during the dungeon game. Additionally, I found that item frames can also be destroyed. Please fix this issue.

ItemsAdder, just like Crucible and other plugins that can place things like furniture, use entities like Armor Stands, Item Frames, etc to put their models in the world. You need to put these entities in the blacklist within the dungeon's config to prevent them being interacted with/broken.
