I've thought that plugin may be corrupted and tried to download it once again, without antivirus on and dev build both ways - issue persists.

Hey there. Mythic Dungeons v1.4.1 doesn't have promised support for 1.21. I'd recommend trying the latest dev builds for v2.0.0 as those are compatible all the way up to 1.21.3. Cheers!
