[Request] - Add command to get Room Editor tool

Since procedural dungeons were introduced we got the gold axe as room editor tool, it happened sometimes that whenever you edit or create a procedural dungeon, the axe didn't appear to our inventory, making it impossible to modify the dungeon. Would be nice to have a command like /md functiontool to get the Axe. Might be useful as well to add an option in the config.yml to change the Gold axe to other tool
