Steps to Reproduce: Equip a hat cosmetic Put on a helmet Go into a dungeon Equip a helmet inside the dungeon Exit the dungeon

This might be related to how separate inventories are handled #491

I dont get what you mean by "cosmetics". Also I tried what you said, I went into a dungeon, equipped a helmet and exited the dungeon, the helmet didnt come out of the dungeon. It simply vanished.
