In a dungeons config file, the **DisplayName **doesn't use basic text placeholders (special characters) from MM: https://git.mythiccraft.io/mythiccraft/MythicMobs/-/wikis/Skills/Placeholders
For example, if I use an apostrophe in the name like Fred<&sq>s Adventure, it won't translate that into an apostrophe. Please fix.
This is more of a suggestion? I doubt this was supposed to be the intended behavior, if you want to use an apostrophe there you could do something like this
DisplayName: 'Fred''s Adventure'
Took me a while, but now I can confirm using the double apostrophe does work in this use case.
I do think implementing these special character placeholders is a good idea, but my personal problem is solved :)
May I ask why this is needed? For example lets say you wanted to include a : in your display name, in mythic, you would use <&co> but here you can just write ":" in the first place. Is there a specific reason that you need this?
If the apostrophe is the only character that's an issue, you'd be absolutely right in ignoring this. If that's the case, I can just close this. I don't "need" this, it just seemed like a good idea.
Yep indeed its the apostrophe thats the issue only(fixed by just typing a double apostrophe), since dungeons is part of the mythic eco system once aestrus is accepting contributions then I will make a pr for this, it seems a nice qol and is simple to do but yea these mythic tags are not needed here at all
