[Feature Request] Edit date format for placeholders

Thank you so much for making this plugin! It works flawlessly and without any issues until now. As a suggestion, I would like to have a way to customise the date format in this placeholder %md_dungeon_[dungeon]_unlock_time% to use it in my scoreboard!
