Drops, and Triggers not Working

On 1.21.8 on all recent dungeon dev builds several features like player right clicking block, to rewards from killing mobs are just simply not functioning when they previously worked.

Is this still happening on the latest dev build? I haven't experienced or heard of anyone else encountering this issue...

If it's still happening, can you please share your server logs and more details on what exactly you're trying to do that isn't working?
