Placeholders do not get fully removed on reload when nested in other placeholders.
Placeholders.yml
test: this is <placeholder.test2>
test2: still parsed after being removed
/mm test m m{m=<placeholder.test>} @self
will work like normal
comment out "test2" placeholder, reload, and run the skill again, expected result would be "this is <placeholder.test2>"
result is "this is still parsed after being removed"
restarting does remove it.
