Summary
Describe the bug encountered in detail. Skills and Lore Stats are not working with items .
Steps to reproduce any item with skills or durrability stats or anything else will not work. Although range weapons using ammo, will take ammo but no projectile mechanic is released . Current behavior

Stats to be working and skills to be fired
