Summary
Just add @TargetLocation{yoffset=#}.
Usage
The main problem using actual @TargetLocation is that target your feet.
Value
More targets to use.
Priority
Because i usually can't use @TargetLocation and need to use @Forward but this is different, i need to rewrite my skills with @Forward to add properly yoffset option.
Implementation
Just add {yoffset=#} to @TargetLocation.
