Runaigoalselector gotolocation doesn't parse variables

Summary

Runaigoalselector gotolocation doesn't parse variables, but patrol do. Paper 1.16.5 There in similar issue #322, but it's filed as suggestion.
On the other hand manual says gotolocation / goto (parse the specialchars!) Look here: Variables
So it's definitely a bug
