Summary
This issue happened last year around December but was patched, it has re-occured. I have also seen other people in discord noting this so decided to report it. Basically, nametagged vanilla mobs (Zombie Vils ect) are despawning. My vanillamobs file is empty as it's always been.

Put nametag on the mob leave chunk mob despawns (This does not happen when mythic mobs is removed from the server)
Provide a full set of steps used to reproduce the bug, including links to SEPARATE Pastebin pastes for each relevant configuration file.

Teleporting away from the mob will not cause it to despawn.
