Damage Mechanic not working

Steps to reproduce

Simple skill which does not do damage to my player (survival mode, no god mode). I also tried damage mechanic with other mobs etc. - but it never damages anything. Seems completely broken.

Test:
  Cooldown: 1
  Skills:
  - damage{amount=20;ignoreArmor=true} @self

Current behavior

Does nothing.

Intended correct behavior

Do damage.
