Summary
~onDespawn trigger not working at all, doesn't show an error in console
Steps to reproduce
Add ~onDespawn to any skill and the skill will not be executed when the mob despawns
Current behavior
Describe what happens currently, while the bug is affecting your server.
Intended correct behavior
~onDespawn does not cause events to happen when the mob despawns
