Summary
In 1.18.1 Target Filters armor_stands ignored by default. In 1.16.5, it does not ignored by default
Usage
Most of the server do not need to add target=armor_stands after the Targeter when they upgrade to 1.18.1
Value
It is convenience for the server that change from 1.16.5 to 1.18.1
Priority
High, I think it may be easy to change the Target Filters armor_stands ignored by default to not ignored by default.
Implementation
I don't know. I know nothing about java
