Can mmodamage possible to critical?

I set up my skill to the item like this

• mmodamage{a="<stat.attack_damage>*0.4"}

and My Crits/Skill Crits is 100% but it's nothing work

I use

• MM 4.13.1 Premium Version
• MMOITEMS 6.6.6
