I was trying to make a mob with leather armour and i wanted it to be green but i cant really figure out how to do it. i typed Options: Color: 42,154,68

Im sorry i might just be stupid but its quite complicated Please try to help me :)

Are you trying to do this inline? I'm not sure the best format for that but in the item's yml file it'd be like this:
