Cannot load plugins

Recently tried to add a mob and some skills to the existing example files. I'm not very coding-savvy, but it looks correct to my eyes. I can spawn the mob and such, but none of the mobs use their skills now. I found this line in the console:

18/11/2022 [14:15:41 ERROR: [MythicMobs] ]Cannot load plugins/MythicMobs/Skills/ExampleSkills.yml

I will attach both the files I edited in hopes that someone can show me what I have done wrong.
