Shield & ShieldPercent internal error

Summary Casting Shield or ShieldPercent on a player throws an internal error ingame and this in cmd: https://pastebin.com/MEg4xALF

I tried "- shield{amount=50;maxShield=100} @self" and "- shieldPercent{multiplier=2;mS=2.5} @self" from the wiki and both throw this error
