[Bug Report] Server crash with MythicMobs projectiles on MythicDungeons instance close

A player left a MythicDungeon as they lost all lives, the instance closed, then the server crashed.

There's a lot about MM projectiles in the thread dump.

MythicDungeons build 142, Mythicmobs 5.2.5, Purpur 1.19.3.

Unknowncommented

Got another crash with similar stacktraces, again when an MD instance closed. https://pastebin.com/dvaR07YJ

MythicMobs 5.3.2 build 4559 & Purpur 1.19.4 this time.
