@forward targeter and it's aiming the location way below than it should be. This started to happen after the dev build, normally it was working well but now skills are appearing 5-6 blocks below me.

@forward hasn't been changed in a long time, for players it might go down if you are looking down. But you may be able to fix your issue by adding lockPitch=true to the @forward targeter e.g. @forward{a=5;lockPitch=true}
