Potionclear mechanic malfunctioning in dev builds.

Trying to track this issue down, but in recent MM Devbuilds 5.4.0 with Paper and Purpur 1.20.1 potionclear tends to randomly break. Here is the stack trace: https://pastebin.com/XaPZsqfx Will provide more info next time I come across it.
