Some hardcoded stats not applying despite having sources shown in getstats command

Summary

DODGE_CHANCE, MOVEMENT_SPEED, and HEALTH stats are not applying even when they have sources shown to be giving stats in /mm utilities getstats

Steps to reproduce

Give any of the mentioned stats on an item, by stataura, or by enchantment and they will not apply, but will show they have sources applying them in getstats. I also tried giving these a base stat amount, restarted the server but still giving 0.

Intended correct behavior

I would expect the stats to work. Other hardcoded stats such as CRITICAL_STRIKE_CHANCE and all custom stats work as expected.

Solved this little mystery. Had conflicting stat files as I had one in my packs folder and the one in default folder.
