  3. spawner file reset like this

This issue already exist several month, some people report it on discord or this site, but they didnt provide details, after test, I can reproduce this when using ubuntu 20.04 or debian 12 with paper 1.20.4 and mythicmobs 5.5.1 to lastet version, not sure it will happen when using other linux version or minecraft version, but it not happen when using Windows.

This post mentioned how to reproduce, but I want provide more details to 100% reproduce this:

  1. using ubuntu 20.04 or debian 12 to open 1.20.4 paper server (with mythicmobs 5.5.1 or lastest)
  2. type /mm spawner create to make new spawn point, wait it spawn at least 1 mob, dont kill it.
  3. type /mm reload and will see that spawner file reset.

this issue really exists and has happened to many people.

Soo, will someone look into this or will still pretend like it is not a bug?

I'm having the same issue. rongda specified detailed information, but still everyone ignores this bug which basically makes spawners useless.

Glad I've paid for such great support ;_;

I'm not ignoring this bug, but I've made numerous attempts to replicate it and can't.

It's not something we can fix without figuring out the cause, and it seems to affect very few people making it impossible to nail down

I found a way to quickly replicate the issue...

First, the name of the spawner must include an underscore _ in its name.
For example: dungeon1_boss.
Then follow the original instructions:

1. using ubuntu 20.04 or debian 12 to open 1.20.4 paper server (with mythicmobs 5.5.1 or lastest)
2. type /mm spawner create to make new spawn point, wait it spawn at least 1 mob, dont kill it.
3. type /mm reload and will see that spawner file reset.
A fastest way of checking this is using the command /mm spawners info bugged_spawner
It may also take a couple of /mm reload's to reset the file.

My testing enviroment just in case:
Minecraft Version: Paper 1.20.4
MythicMobs Version: 5.6.2, Build 5027
Host: Ubuntu 22.04
